In the attack in the city of Shiraz, it was stated that the base belonging to the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Army was targeted. According to Iranian media, violent explosions were heard near the airport in Tabriz, located in the northwest of the country.

 

Local sources reported that many ambulances and security forces were dispatched to the region after the explosions. According to the first determinations, it was stated that the incident could be a new attack organised by Israel.

 

No official statement has yet been made by the Iranian authorities.
